...ít leads me to think there must be a multitude of further unused footage as there invariably is with most films. I thought about that, but in this case the film was shot in such a short time (27 days I think I read somewhere) that I doubt there was a lot of unused material that was different fro...

I think the movie you're talking about is called "Waiting," I just noticed it earlier today as a matter of fact crusing the new movies on Yahoo.

Charlotte never really gives John a direct answer about anything (ex.: "I'll quit later."). She doesn't really need to, as John doesn't seem all that interested in what's really going on with her in the first place. So I doubt John would inquire about the owl (assuming he even noticed it). Even if h...

This kind of thing is really hard to diagnose from a distance. First, make sure you don't have anything plugged into the computer USB port. Sometimes devices can make Windows hang during load. Second, try booting Windows in Safe Mode (hold down F8 the moment Windows first starts loading and then cho...

Wow... if you started the movie just a little bit later you could be watching the fax machine scene at 4:20 AM, exactly the time Bob looks at the clock. Sadly I will be out of town on the 22nd ...

Forum Kinda Slow
I've noticed the forum runs a lot slower than it should. Navgating between threads or posting a message means waiting several seconds for the action to happen. I'm familar with phpBB and I know it should run a heck of a lot faster than this. I also have a high-speed connection so I know it's not me....

Have you been to the locations in the film?
There's another thread which lists some of the locations in the film. I'm just wondering if anyone here has actually been to any of them. I'm going to Tokyo in January. This will be the first time I've been back there since LIT was released, so I'm thinking of visiting some locations. The Park Hyatt...

And the scene where he takes photos making faces of The Rat Pack and Roger Moore. Here's an example of why I couldn't pick a favorite scene... that one scene is fully of so much great stuff. "...where the hell's the whiskey?" "Am I drinking? As soon as I'm done." "You mean more or Roger Moore?" And...

Silence: Welcome, I am new here also. I wouldn't call their goodbye radical. They got to kiss and hug and Bob's whispering in her ear made movie history. That last litte happenstance meeting brought the ending together for me in a beautiful way. The sad moment at the end of the film is the look on B...

... there is no need for Bob to travel all the way to Japan to endorse this whiskey at all, it shows that really it could all have been done back home. With a lot less hassle. I disagree for a couple of reasons. First, from what I know of the Japanese they would want an "image" project like this do...

A Gaijin in Japan
I'm looking for some more "gaijin in Japan"-type movies. Basically anything where a non-Japanese person goes to Japan. Any suggestions?
In my collection right now I have:
LIT
Sayonara
Mr. Baseball
The Last Samurai
You Only Live Twice
Maybe I should add I'm not looking for WWII-related films.
