The day that Charlotte goes to Kyoto. Bob is shaving and he gets a call about a fax. Next we see him leaving the hotel, sneaking past the Suntory employees. Then he calls on his cell to accept the talk show as he looks at the fax. It's a fax from Charlotte from Kyoto, showing Bob to the Sushi place. But, when are they supposed to meet there? She is in Kyoto.
The next morning she knocks on Bob's hotel room door and asks if he wants to go to that Sushi place in Daikanyama. If this is the same place then why would she need to fax Bob a map if they are going together?
Can somebody explain the fax scene to me?
Thanks!

It's been a while since I watched this, but didn't she fax him the map to the strip club?

It's been a while for me aswell, but I think the original script was supposed to go like that, it's possible it's just an editing fault.

Well, in the movie, the first fax from Charlotte is for the Sushi place. The fax for Orange, the strip club is another and different fax.
