How about cutting your hair the same way as the wig and coloring it pink. Just like the wig but cheaper, easier and more permament.
Or try looking on ebay, You can find anything on there.

Okeeey... I could do that if it wasn't because of my wish to grow my hair. I used to have that hair-cut though, a dark brown one. But my hair has got curls, it would never be the same thing.

I think I remember reading that the wig was Coppola's choice, the femininity of Charlotte expressed through the wig and underwear as one of the "themes" if you can call it that. Perhaps motif would be the better word.

Yes, in an interview with Scarlett she said that Sofia was obsessed with seeing Charlotte in pink.

Manic Panic makes great wigs,i have a few of them,that is where i got my pink wig like that.
