I had high hopes for Broken Flowers. When I saw it there was no mistaking the similarity with LiT, especially the direction given to Bill to make his character very deadpan. But I thought the whole movie was a little contrived and forced. Bill's character was verging on comotose. Perhaps I had too great of an expectation going into the film. It just let me down.

Nice pics however. That looks like an interesting film. Was it shot in B & W?
